(MJSI), referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Company” in this Privacy Statement and Policy, is a healthcare technology provider company dedicated to helping online pharmacies establish their brands, expand their market reach, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
This Privacy Policy discusses our practices in data collection, processing, storage, retention, destruction, and disclosure acquired by our company, MJSI through our website, Social Media accounts, (collectively, “Online platform/s”) and other means such as by telephone or email (collectively, “Services”) in relation to the specific services that you wish to acquire from us.
The Company is committed to protecting your personal data’s privacy and security as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other international laws in Data Protection and Privacy including their implementing guidelines and regulations.

(1) Personal Information You Provide Directly To Us

Please note that the above-mentioned personal information is not automatically gathered or captured from our Online Platform. These will only be stored in the company’s server and database once you click the button.
(2) Other Information We Collect Automatically
Device Information. We may collect certain information automatically when you use our Online Services.
Online Services, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, device and advertising identifiers, browser type, operating system, Internet service provider, the date and time of your visit, information about links inside our website, including the pages you view, the general manner in which you navigate the site, and other standard server log information in order to give our website designers an insight on how to develop a more user-friendly website UI (User Interface).
Device Location. We may also indirectly collect certain information when you use our Online Services, such as your computer’s IP address, your mobile device’s GPS signal. in order for us to provide you with more accurate information and services based on your location.
Third-party services. We and other third parties that provide content or functionality on our Site, may use cookies, pixel tags, Local Shared Objects, and similar technologies. Refer to the “Cookies” section below.
Technical Information (Web Traffic Data). We may also collect technical data to address and fix technical problems and improve our Online Services, including the memory state of your device when a system or app crash occurs while using our Sites.

The above-mentioned data is collected automatically by most website browsers or through your device.
Cookies and web beacons (together, “Site Cookies”). Cookies are data files placed on a device when it is used to visit a particular website in order for our website developers to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Site, track user actions/behavior on our Site and track the effectiveness of ads.

You may limit the Information you provide or make available to us if you want to; however, that may prevent you or your device’s ability to access or use certain functions of our Online Services.

This Privacy Policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
B. Use of Information
We will use your information as follows:
B.1. To contact you/ Provide Customer Service
We will use your personal information such as name and contact details, to help us provide you with better customer support, resolve any issues you may have, and improve our services.
Records of our communication may also be recorded for a short period of time (based on our retention policy) to help us review and take note of important information that we have discussed with you.

E. Data Retention and Disposal.
E.1. How long would MJSI keep your Information
MJSI follows a strict data retention policy, keeping records only for as long as required for business operations, archival purposes, and/or legal requirements. We retain records for as long as you have an active account with us or you have an ongoing query that we are currently addressing.
While we take appropriate measures to protect our systems from accidental or malicious loss or destruction, residual copies of Personal Information may be temporarily retained in our backup and archival systems. However, these copies will eventually be automatically deleted or securely disposed of where deletion is not possible.
Our goal is to ensure the responsible and secure management of Personal Information in accordance with our data retention policy.
E.2. Disposal
After the legitimate purpose of the collected personal data has been fulfilled, all records will be permanently deleted from the system, including those stored on the company’s backup storage system.

MJSI implemented strict Organizational Measures, Physical Measures, and Technical Measures to protect your Information from unauthorized access, as well as other security threats and hazards that could compromise its availability, confidentiality and integrity.

You may contact us as set forth in the “Contact Us” webpage/ section to request access to, or update, your personal information. You may request deletion of your account by sending a message to the “Need Help” page or by sending us an email to the contact information below.
G.1. Cookies and predetermined system settings
All major browsers allow you to block or delete cookies from your system. Where we have requested your consent to use or share your personal information, you have the right to withdraw such consent, however, you may no longer be able to benefit from certain products and services.
Please note that you may need to take additional steps to refuse or disable Local Shared Objects and similar technologies. For example, Local Shared Objects can be controlled through the instructions on Adobe’s Setting Manager page. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete these technologies, some of the functionality of the Sites may no longer be available to you.
Before processing your request, we may need to verify your identity, in which case we may request additional information from you or send you a one-time use access code to the email address or phone number associated with your account.
G.2. Moreover, this policy is governed and adheres to all state-specific laws that apply. Below are some Rights of Data Subjects in relation to California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), GDPR and other Data Privacy and Protection laws internationally.
(1) Right to know / be informed.
Right to be informed means that the data subject has the right to know whether their personal data shall be, are being, or have been processed, including the existence of automated decision-making and profiling.
(2) Right to access.
Right to access involves being able to compel any entity possessing any personal data to provide the data subject with a description of such data in its possession, as well as the purposes for which they are to be or are being processed. This must be complied with in an easy-to-access format, accompanied by a description in plain language. The data subject has the right to request information regarding the designation, name or identity, and address of the PIC’s data protection officer (DPO).
(3) Right to object the processing of personal information.
Right to object to the processing of the data subject’s personal data where such processing is based on consent or legitimate interest. They can also object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing, profiling, or in cases of automated processing. It grants the data subject the choice of refusing to consent, as well as the choice to withdraw consent, as regards collection and processing.
(4) Right to erasure/ blocking.
Right to erasure or blocking allows the data subject to suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking, removal, or destruction of his or her personal information from the personal information controller’s filing system in both live and backup systems.
(5) Right to rectify.
Right to rectification, allows the data subject the right to dispute the inaccuracy or error in their personal data and have the PIC correct the same within a reasonable period of time.
(6) Right to Data Portability.
Right to data portability enables the data subject to obtain and electronically move, copy, or transfer personal data for further use.
(7) Right to file a complaint.
Right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if the data subject’s personal information has been misused, maliciously disclosed, or improperly disposed of or if any of their data privacy rights have been violated.
(8) Right to Damages.
Right to damages entitles the subject to be indemnified for any damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of the site visitor’s personal data, taking into account any violation of their right and freedoms as a data subject.

You have the right to request that MJSI delete Personal Information that it has collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale:
MJSI does not sell Personal Information. However, you have the right to opt-out of the use of analytics and targeting cookies by MJSI for the delivery of online advertising tailored to your interests. The Websites will seek your consent before deploying such cookies.
Please note that you may only make a request to know twice within a 12-month period.You may submit a request through sending us a message in our “Need Help” or Contact Us section/ webpage.
MJSI will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. This means that MJSI will not provide different services or charge different prices to you based on your exercise of these rights.
H.2. For International Users
We maintain information in the United States of America and in accordance with the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection as the laws in your jurisdiction.
By using our Services and providing us with information, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction and, to the extent you are a resident of a country other than the United States, that you consent to the transfer of such data to the United States for processing by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
I. Children’s Privacy Protection
It is important to note that our Online Portals, including this Website, are not designed for individuals under the age of 18, and we take this matter very seriously. As a result, we do not knowingly collect or sell Information from minors under the age of 18.
